About Sean
Sean's approach to real estate is simple; provide the best and most professional services to his clients while retaining the integrity and results driven mentality in every transaction. The Real Estate transaction is complex in many ways, and exciting at the same time. Every one of his clients receives the same service. Up to the minute communication on showings, feedback, offers and contracts, as well as new properties that become available that fulfills a need of a buyer or competes with a seller.
Knowing his market has been the key to his success. Having the ability to communicate with Buyers, Sellers and potential clients on the current market trends, listings, recent sales, historic sales or the property that no one knows is for sale is what has sets him apart from others. With nearly 400 transactions under his belt in the past 20 years, Sean has assisted a multitude of clients in selling over $250m of real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley and has consistently been ranked as one of the top Glenwood Springs based Realtors every year.
Growing up in Southern California, Sean has called the Roaring Fork Valley home since 1993, where he met his wife that same year while attending school. Now, over 30 years later, he and his wife, Shauna, remain staples in the community and the world of real estate in the valley. They raised their two beautiful children in Glenwood Springs, both which have recently graduated from CU Boulder and now reside in San Diego. Sean’s dedication to his community and giving back has been second to none, having volunteered countless hours over the years to the children of our community through the local skiing, organized sports and school programs.
Today, Sean remains committed to both his community and his career and helping others realize their own dreams here by his decades of expertise in the area. While 100% committed to being a full time Realtor, he also enjoys golfing as often as he can, skiing and mountain biking on our local mountains, and fly fishing the on Roaring Fork River. In his downtime, if he’s not visiting family on the East Coast on Hilton Head, he spends his time enjoying surfing and boating in San Diego, CA.
